What I do

I have coached hundreds of clients over the last decade in both the private and public sector in the UK as well as Asia and Africa.  I coach around both personal and business development issues. I work both intuitively and practically (always confidentially) with a strong understanding of business needs and processes and am happy to mentor as well as coach where necessary. Each coaching session is unique as you are. Coaching can be by telephone or face to face working either in your workplace or outside. I also work with teams.

How I do It

NLP breakthrough coaching

Breakthrough coaching is a powerful process (a one of session of around 6 hours) which uses NLP to help you to clear your ‘inner blocks’ to your goals. It isn’t counseling and it isn’t therapy. Instead it is a gentle, but highly effective, enjoyable and quick change process which clears old negative thoughts and emotions which block your progress, and leaves you to focus on your goals without sabotaging yourself any longer. A breakthrough session uses some of the most cutting technologies in the market today. It takes as little as six hours to create real and permanent change.

Leadership Coaching: If you face changes in your organization, you are ready to take on a new and more stretching role I can help you to succeed in your own and manager-set challenges, and honing an approach to fit the business needs of the new role. If you have issues with communication and long term performance or a psychological blocks (e.g. self-confidence) causing problems  getting promotion, I can help you to facilitate the strategies you need to move forward and the tools they need to achieve their goals.
I can also help you with your career management and career planning from defining your career vision to practical tools that will help you succeed in interviews and put together the perfect CV.
